Is this really on base?

Yes. We operate permanent kiosks inside the U.S. military Exchanges in Wiesbaden and Ramstein, Germany.
Your soldier picks up directly at the Exchange.

How does my soldier get notified?

Once the box is ready, we personally notify them that a gift from home is waiting at the kiosk.
No marketing. Just pickup information.

How fast will they receive it?

Boxes are ready for pickup within 48 hours. There is no international shipping delay — everything is prepared locally in Germany.

What if they can’t pick it up immediately?

We hold the box at our kiosk during regular Exchange hours so they can pick it up at their convenience.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Checkout is processed securely via Shopify. You’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after ordering.

What if something goes wrong?

We operate permanent kiosks on base and prepare every box locally. If anything isn’t right, contact us and we’ll resolve it immediately.
